16 de março, 382 anos de Emancipação Política de São Sebastião SP e o Agita estava lá!!!
Nesse último dia 16 de março ,São Sebastião, litoral (Belíssimo por sinal, que até o Dr. Matsudo tem uma casa de veraneio) Norte de SP, completou 382 anos de Emancipação Político Administrativa e para variar, nós do Agita São Sebastião-Agita SP, estávamos lá divulgndo as boas práticas e o próximo dia 6 de abril, dia internacional da Atividade Física.
Foram muitas ações, durante todo o final de semana, já começando na sexta feira, com a Corrida kids, que contou com a participação da 1ª Dama e Presidente do Fundo Social de São Sebastião, Michelli Veneziani Augusto (Foto), que recebeu o Título de cidadã Sebastianense, que, inclusive correu uma prova com as crianças.
Nosso papel como MC, Profissional de Educação Física e agente agita foi divugar ali, as boas práticas, a importância de habitos saudáveis junto com a prática de alguma atividade física ou esportiva de maneira regular, vinculada a nossos programas de saúde da Secretaria de Esportes e da Secretaria da Saúde em uma parceria inédita junto ao agita São Paulo com o apoio da Prefeitura de São Sebastião.
Não deixamos de, a todo momento, divulgar e convidar a todos para as ações do Agita São Sebastião - Agita SP, para o próximo dia 06 de abril, o dia Internacionaal da Atividade Física.
Foram mais de dez provas e baterias com a participação aproximada de uma centena de crianças e familiares uma festa sem igual, amplamente cumprimentada, alegre, festiva e sobretudo com o real espírito participativo.
No dia seguinte mais uma vez com nossa participação, estivemos na VI Regata Taça Aniversário de São Sebastião, com a presença do Prefeito de São Sebastião, Felipe Augusto (Foto), onde tivemos a presença de uma centena de velejadores e seus familiares.
Logo após ao Cerimomial, voltamos para o Bairro da Enseada, onde demos sequencia à nossa campanha de boas práticas, na corrida 5 K com a participação de qatrocentos e oitenta corredores com mais de quinze anos.
São Sebastião retomando a parceria com o Programa Agita São Paulo através da Secretaria da Saúde e a Secretaria de Esportes, para o mundo todo ver!

Our role as MC, Professional of Physical Education and Agent Agita was to divider there, the good practices, the importance of healthy habits along with the practice of some physical or sports activity on a regular basis, linked to our health programs of Sports Secretary and Health Secretary in unprecedent partnership with the internationally known Agita São Paulowith the support of the São Sebastião City Hall.
We do not stop al all times to piblicize and invite everyone to the actions of Agita São Sebastião - Agita SP, for the next april 6, the International Day of Physical Activity.
At the children's event, there were more than ten proofs and batteries with the participation of approximately one hundred children and families. Was a unique party, widely greeted, joyful, festive and above all with the real participatory spirit.
The next day saturday 17, with our participation, we were in the VI São Sebastião's Birthday Cup Regatta, with the presence of the Mayor São Sebastião, Felipe Augusto (Photo), which was also a wonderful and colorful event, atteded by over a hundred young sailors and their families.
After that we returned to the Enseada neighborhood, where we followed our campaign of good practices,in the 5k race with the participation of four hundred and eighty runers of fifteen years more.
São Sebastião resuming the partnership with the Agita São Paulo Program through the Secretary of Health and the Secretary of Sports, for the whole world to see!!
